Remove non-notable newspapers, or change list description?
[edit]The list description says " This is a list of notable student newspapers in the United Kingdom", but many of the entries do not have Wikipedia articles. Should these be removed, or should the description be modified? If the 'notable' requirement for inclusion is removed, should the list be limited to higher education institutions, to avoid a proliferation of school newspapers?
