Construction notes

Things to do: Add apparent magnitude; Increase accuracy of Spectral type (e.g. M4V instead of Mv); Add references (not immediately essential)

I have left the old codes from {{nsx}} commented out in the "Comments" section. I have left them in mainly for the rows with multiple stars, as they often specify the names of the secondary stars. Feel free to remove them when no longer relevant
