Flags and Official Names

Hey, just made a big change and added appropriate flags and country names for 1914. The goal was to emulate List of Countries. Some things to note:

The flags of Siam and Venezuela are wrong because the correct ones weren't available on Wikipedia. Siam should be a white elephant on a red field and Venezuela should have its stars in a circle.
Liechtenstein's flag for this period was also not on Wikipedia, so I had to use the conveniently identical flag of Prague.
The Persian flag may not be accurate.
