@Jala38: It seems like this article is intended to list only those songs that McCartney recorded after leaving the Beatles. Therefore, if he hasn't re-recorded 'Maxwell ...' since Abbey Road, then it shouldn't be included. Hope this helped. With kind regards; Patrick. ツ Pdebee.(talk)(guestbook)19:46, 9 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
@Pdebee: Why are there songs like Good Day Sunshine or Here, There and Everywhere and many others?
Thank you for your latest query. The list in that article also shows the album—in the Album column—featuring each of the songs. The two songs you mentioned are shown as having been re-recorded on the album Give My Regards to Broad Street, which McCartney recorded after leaving The Beatles. I hope this helped?
(As you can see, we also indent our exchanges by means of adding a colon with each message iteration; so, I've added one ':' to your message above to make it two ('::'), and my reply to you now has three of them (':::'). If you were to reply to me again, then you'd start all your paragraphs with four of them ('::::'), etc. It's just an established practice here at the Wiki, as is the case for signing each message by simply appending four tildes (~~~~) at the very end; this will automatically append your username, talk page, plus the time and date of your message. Also, by adding some text—anything!— on your user page and on your talk page, you will see that they will switch from red (= "never edited") to blue. I will show you by adding the usual banner templates that apply to each page. You can then add anything else to personalise your own pages.)
If there's anything else I can do to help you become a Wikipedia editor, then please don't hesitate to ping me again, since you've already figured out how to do that ; you can ping me from here if you have more questions about this article, or from your own talk page for anything else.
My commitment to you is that I would always do my best to assist you, in a helpful and friendly way.
There are a number of errors on this page, check my reverted change for examples, I'm not going to make the changes but at some point if someone can look into it I would appreciate it. There are a few other factual errors regarding numbers/inconsistency with sources that I didn't get around to, if you want examples or to help contact me on my page. Thanks.
