Many of the malls listed here as 'defunct' never actually closed down, but overhauled and eliminated their indoor-midway portions. For example, the Trexler Mall is now The Shoppes at Trexler. Heff01 (talk) 19:12, 1 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
