Daysville
[edit]Google maps, of course, sends us to Oregon. But it seems that Daysville Road runs through a small unincorporated community of the east side of the Rock River, south of Oregon. Google maps has labeled it "Honey Creek?" Is this Daysville? IvoShandor 08:31, 28 March 2007 (UTC)
- Replying to a question posted 15 years ago! Better late that never, eh? This map indicates that Honey Creek DID exist as a community back in 1893, likely as a railway town. The most recent Street View from 2012 shows that houses still exist there though there is no "welcome" sign visible on the road leading up to it. Whether or not the community still calls itself Honey Creek (And therefore qualifies as a proper unincorporated community), or if it is now a defunct historical name or populated place, is up to debate.
