Pared down the list

I have removed all the entries off the list that were unlinked, redlinked and unsourced. There is no indication they meet the inclusion criterion of notable schools in Egypt or that they even actually exist. ~ GB fan 12:28, 8 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
