Question
[edit]since when does "Daniel" start with "B" ( I know we are starting ones named after people, but they should be organized by the actual name of the district) Lord GaleVII 01:33, 3 December 2006 (UTC)
County
[edit]Since someone added a county map of PA to this page, would it make sense to denote which county each school district is in? Deigo 01:47, 8 October 2007 (UTC)
- Yes. FYI, there are maps of the school districts in each of the 63 PA counties with more than one school district, see for example Image:Map of Adams County Pennsylvania School Districts.png. Also note that many school districts are in more than one county. Ruhrfisch ><>°° 02:29, 8 October 2007 (UTC)
Alright, I'll get on that. Deigo 20:46, 10 October 2007 (UTC)
Central Valley School District
[edit]I have modified the article to reflect the merger of Center Area School District and Monaca School District into the new Central Valley School District. I have not removed the Center Area or Monaca links but have marked them as defunct. Safiel (talk) 19:36, 12 June 2009 (UTC)
List of Districts, not IUs or schools
[edit]Since this list is a "List of school districts in Pennsylvania," I am going to remove all of the Intermediate Units and individual schools unless someone objects. InTheAM 13:50, 17 November 2011 (UTC)
- Since there are relatively few IUs, would it make sense to have a list of them? Perhaps here or its own list. Ruhrfisch ><>°° 14:53, 17 November 2011 (UTC)
- There are actually 29 IUs, and it is its own organization, separate from the districts, so it could probably use its own article. I don't know much of what they do except that they represent different regions of the state. Here is the website: [1]. InTheAM 17:44, 17 November 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks - I meant more that there are many fewer IUs than there are districts, but agree they should not be in this list and should probably have their own list. Ruhrfisch ><>°° 21:57, 17 November 2011 (UTC)
