The longest river of Hawaii
[edit]"Kaukonahua River is 33 miles long (including South Fork), longest in the state", according to your referenced source.
At the same time, "Wailuku River is 32 miles long, longest on Hawaii island" according to your referenced source.
If in doubt which is the longest, refer to both and mention disagreement! TorSch (talk) 07:42, 19 March 2010 (UTC)
- not disagreement, just confusion between the name "Hawaii" used for both the state which consists of a number of islands, and the island which is the largest of those islands. The Kaukonahua evidently is on Oʻahu island, which is part of the state but a different island that one Wailuku is on. This is what needs to be clear. W Nowicki (talk) 19:53, 20 March 2010 (UTC)
