This list doesn't seem too accurate. Just casually glancing over it, I found two mistakes:

Connecticut River: flows through Massachusetts and Connecticut but it is not a border of either state. also, Quebec is not a U. S. state, and the river's source is in New Hampshire anyway. It does form most of the border between Vermont and New Hampshire.

Farmington River: not a state border. The border between Connecticut and Massachusetts is a straight line.

Merrimack River: also not a border. the eastern part of the Mass. - N.H. border is roughly parallel to and north of the river, though.

I have fixed these; I suspect there are errors for rivers in other parts of the country with which I am less familiar. Izzycat 15:01, 11 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The Kentucky River used to be here, listed as part of the KY-TN border. I scoured USGS maps and couldn't find any such border, so I've removed it; my apologies if I missed something. Three white leopards (talk) 12:34, 9 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
