President Magsaysay City
[edit]RA 6340 renamed Olongapo to "President Magsaysay City" in 1971, subject to approval via plebiscite. It seems that the plebiscite either failed or didn't happen or another law repealed it, because it's still called as Olongapo. What happened? Howard the Duck (talk) 17:37, 9 July 2020 (UTC)
Can we add Calbayog?
[edit]So a lot of people named the city of Calbayog and in early 1600s, Hibatang was named after the river of the present Oquendo River. - John Vincent Beri (talk) 9:05, 03 March 2022 (UTC) John Vincent Beri (talk) 01:06, 2 March 2022 (UTC)

- La Laguna became Laguna
- Tayabas became Quezon
- Compostela Valley became Davao de Oro Howard the Duck (talk) 13:27, 29 July 2022 (UTC)
