Manhattan Structures I - 37th Street and Park Avenue Construction
This work involves excavation of the caverns that will eventually function as the new LIRR platforms and mezzanine below Grand Central Terminal. Construction also includes excavation and lining of the new escalator-ways and shafts in Madison Yard. Additional excavation and lining of cross passages along the alignment will also be completed.

Long Island City yard

This is a LIRR coach yard next to Long Island City (LIRR station). See the photo in the article. It appears to be separate from the Arch Street yard. Should this LIC yard be listed separately? Caseyjonz (talk) 05:31, 2 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The origins of Arch Street Shops

The Arch Street Shops were originally part of the North Shore Freight Branch, which itself was originally part of the New York and Flushing Railroad, later acquired by the Flushing and North Side Railroad, and shared by the Central Railroad of Long Island, and I have proof. ---------User:DanTD (talk) 05:16, 13 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
