Why is this an article instead of just a category? Seems like an unnecessary duplication... a WP:FORK even. DreamGuy 06:55, 26 May 2007 (UTC)
- Read Wikipedia:Categories,_lists,_and_series_boxes for the differences between lists and categories, and maybe it will be clear. Riki 08:17, 26 May 2007 (UTC)
I wanted to know the best way to include a puzzle type, the quotefall puzzle. As a disclaimer, I do own a site that publishes quotefall puzzles because I could never find one before, so it would appear that there would be a COI issue (even though I would not link nor indicate the name of my site in the wiki article). Here are some considerations: 1. I've not been able to determine a documentable historical genesis of the puzzle, although I do know who first made them popular (a commercial publishing company which I'm not associated with). 2. There is virtually no other information on the puzzle other than different websites creating them for their own purpose. 3. If I were a puzzle solver interested in quotefall puzzles but coudn't find any information on them, Wikipedia would most likely be my first source. OK, so having all of that, what would the recommended course of action be? By the way, if you want to see a quotefall puzzle you can google the word. Although I'm on the page I won't say it as most of the links will show a puzzle, and I want to be objective even here in the edit section. Thanks Storac (talk) 01:05, 20 April 2008 (UTC)
