Proposed merge of List of Pulitzer Prizes awarded to The Washington Post into List of prizes won by The Washington Post
[edit]The newly created Pulitzer article is an unneeded WP:CONTENTFORK — one page on the prizes won by the Post is enough, and it already exists here. Some formatting elements of the new page are nice and could be incorporated here, so I would encourage author Contrapak to focus on that. {{u|Sdkb}} talk 23:16, 9 July 2022 (UTC)
- Hello. Thank you for your feedback. I disagree with a merge. The Pulitzer Prizes page is more comprehensive than the table found in the Prize Page. A compromise: Just like in List of awards won by The New York Times, we replace the large table in the Post's award page with text to introduce the newspaper's Pulitzer history and include a link to the comprehensive list. This will be an acceptable fork under WP:CONTENTFORK. Sixty-five awards is a lot. Contrapak (talk) 01:11, 10 July 2022 (UTC)
- I'd much prefer that to duplication. {{u|Sdkb}} talk 02:12, 10 July 2022 (UTC)
- Sounds good. I'll work on editing the List of awards page and include the text I mentioned earlier. Contrapak (talk) 02:19, 10 July 2022 (UTC)
