Grouping

[edit]

Wouldn't the utility of this list be improved by grouping it by war/conflict chronologically? patsw (talk) 12:29, 1 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

What about Heinrich Harrer?

[edit]

Heinrich Harrer was an SS officer of Austrian origin who was imprisoned as an enemy alien after being detained in British India a few days before the outbreak of World War II. He finally escaped in 1944 and made his way to Tibet and wrote the classic Seven Years in Tibet which not only talks of his life as a prisoner in India but also of his seven year sojourn with the Tibetans, which was closed to the outside world at the time, and his association with the 14th Dalai Lama. Does he qualify for inclusion? AshLin (talk) 09:27, 26 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
