List of prime ministers of Canada by date of death → List of deceased Canadian prime ministers by death date – Current title falsely implies that all Canadian prime ministers are deceased. Also, unlike List of languages by time of extinction, the title is not repetitive. The new title is also shorter. Blubabluba9990 (talk) (contribs) 19:41, 31 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Oppose. It's concise as is, and presumably the reader wouldn't assume that this means all Canadian prime ministers are dead already. Additionally, it's currently consistent with other pages — like List of presidents of the United States by date of death and List of vice presidents of the Philippines by date of death — that also have this same format. Oppose per everyone above. Titles do not have to be a specific as possible, just as specific as necessary and the current title does not imply that all Canadian prime ministers are deceased so it is neither misleading nor ambiguous. Regarding "Prime ministers of Canada" vs "Canadian prime ministers" this is something that would need to be discussed at a much higher level given that every article in Category:Lists of prime ministers by country, every subcategory of Category:Prime ministers by country and every article in those subcategories I spotchecked uses the format "(List of) Prime ministers of [country]" or an equivalent (e.g. "(List of) heads of government of [country]").
