John Whelan/Whalen Sterling

UPDATE!! I have changed my mind and now think 'Whelan' was correct in the first place. The principal source for my conclusion is The Sterling Family Genealogy. There are several other reasons to believe this is correct as well, so I am going to change it back in the main article. LaurentianShield (talk) 18:19, 2 June 2013 (UTC)
