What does “constituency at-large” mean here?
[edit]Under the name, the table has an entry for “constituency”. Since there is no link or explanation for that, it's not exactly clear what that means for premiers in China beyond the general meaning of the word “wikt:constituency”.
Even murkier is that each of the premiers has the constituency followed by “at-large”. That is either trivial (since “at-large” just means that the person was/is premier of the PRC, rather than just of the indicated province) or it needs an explanation. (That may just boil down to what's implied by “constituency”.) ◅ Sebastian 10:11, 16 August 2023 (UTC)
