[edit]Why are all the internet links to Nicaragua's main parties: FSLN, CLP, NLA and MRS have shut down following the election??? That's kind of wierd, seriously I would like to know it just seems strange. Is it because of a lack of internet connection amongst the general Nicaraguan population that the parties decided to shut their websites down after the 2006 elections. The page starts out saying "which means that there are two dominant political parties, with extreme difficulty for anybody to achieve electoral success under the banner of any other party." and then lists four parties that have representatives currently serving. As the legislature is elected proportionally, it would seem this statement is incorrect. Nicafyl (talk) 16:47, 6 July 2008 (UTC)
Parties with representatives
[edit]It says "Four parties and alliances currently hold seats in the National Assembly" but lists only three. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Assembly_(Nicaragua)#Parliamentary_groups lists 7. Which is the current position. -- Beardo (talk) 03:46, 29 March 2018 (UTC)
