Overall revision 2018

As of February 2018, the list of numbered comets has been completely revised. Note that the tables are updated semi-automatically and changes may be overwritten. In order to avoid frustration, please post any suggestion you might have here (e.g. formatting, columns with different orbital/physical data), so that I can incorporate them into the automatic update procedure. @Rfassbind: instead of semi-major axis, I suggest using perihelion distance. --C messier (talk) 07:45, 21 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
