Merge proposal

I propose that this article be merged with list of moths, as it documents only 7 moths, which doesn't really merit a whole article, but would be good information to add to that article.--Unscented (talk) 21:14, 18 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If anything it should be merged with List of moths of Great Britain. The problem is that it'll be hard to fit 2,400 species on one page hence User:Grmanners decision to split the list by family. Jack (talk) 02:11, 22 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry for delay in coming in here. Thanks for resolving this in my "absence". (Unfortunately, some of us out here don't have so much time to devote to Wikipedia, so end up not being here for days, weeks, even months on end.) Yes, Jack is right, because of the length of the whole list, I decided to create by Family. I may go back at a later date and merge taxonomically-sequential families into single articles, but for now, it's by family. Thanks again—GRM (talk) 17:09, 22 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
