Why isn't the Toyota iQ represented? Its article lists it as microcar.Myscrnnm (talk) 23:58, 22 May 2010 (UTC)
Because Microcar is not an objective term, as this list states on its home page List of microcars by country of origin and as it also states on the Microcar page.
This list is slightly more objective and currently excludes any vehicles over 700cc and where production or manufacture ended before 1945. The logic is to keep the list to a manageable size and also to keep the list to the rough constraints usually applied by books, Museums and enthusiasts. The reason for a list instead of a category is because for many microcars production numbers were so small and information is so scant that it would be very difficult to justify or properly reference an independant article Mighty Antar (talk) 23:31, 23 May 2010 (UTC)
