  • Dieter Nohlen; Florian Grotz; Christof Hartmann; Graham Hassall; Soliman M. Santos.

  • Julio Teehankee. "Electoral Politics in the Philippines" (PDF). quezon.ph.
There's also the Philippine Electoral Almanac. These are for more mostly the 20th century elections. For 21st century elections, we've compiled the House elections for every election since 2010 (Smartmatic era). For 2001 to 2007, we only have seat totals.
