Supermarket inclusions
[edit]If Woolworths is going to be included, the table should also include Coles and Aldi as national supermarket chains. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Natttam (talk • contribs) 10:33, 9 November 2017 (UTC)
- None of them should be included. Wikipedia isn't a directory. Ajf773 (talk) 17:31, 9 November 2017 (UTC)
Sydney Morning Herald article
[edit]This article from the Sydney Morning Herald in 2007 lists the top 8 Australian shopping centres by size.--Lester 03:29, 12 September 2008 (UTC)
Robina Town Centre
[edit]It is now the 2nd largest in QLD after it's expansion and is larger than Carindale... why is it not listed? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 211.31.39.39 (talk) 05:38, 14 December 2009 (UTC)
Harris Scarfe
[edit]With the exception of its flagship store in Adelaide, Harris Scarfe is a discount Department store. Why was it reclassified as a comparable store to David Jones or Myer? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mykeathome (talk • contribs) 08:26, 13 June 2011 (UTC)
- No, Harris Scarfe in fact is a Department Store, rather Discount DS. -- MelbourneStar☆ (talk to me) 10:44, 13 June 2011 (UTC)
New Source websites
[edit]The following website: http://www.scentregroup.com/properties/au/ provided a list of the Westfield branded centres; clicking into the centre you can view the published information on the stores and size of the centre. Aeonx (talk) 12:41, 9 January 2016 (UTC)
Additional information on Non-Westfield centres can be found at: http://www.republicast.com/publications/ed2c7b6e658f4c06a86d681dd3ca0358/#p=2&c=0&v=1 Aeonx (talk) 21:02, 9 January 2016 (UTC)
Other cites can be found on publications by professional bodies like Property Council of Oz, Shopping Centre Council of Oz etc. If the editors who fought against the article's retention had dedicated the same amount of energy to fixing the isues, we would probably have an up to date article by now. No problem with them disagreeing and stating their case, but the arguing by some of every point did look a bit desperate and was probably seen as such by the closing editor. Inclusions of department stores. Keep or delete?
[edit]In my opinion, listing locations of department stores in all these shopping centres fails WP:NOR and WP:NOTDIR. Happy to hear comments from others before making final decision. Ajf773 (talk) 19:24, 10 November 2017 (UTC)
- No one has responded in close to three months so I'm going to go ahead and remove them all. Ajf773 (talk) 04:52, 1 February 2018 (UTC)
