Hi Jasphetamine! If you see Category:Lists of roads sharing the same title, you'll notice that there're many lists similar to this one. The idea is that all national, state, provincial, local roads, etc. that have the same number are grouped in the list. If you know of more routes that have the same number, feel free to add them. TC!
