Dates

Dates in this table must be wrong. According to the table Roscosmos was without a head, after Oleg Ostapenko, for 9 months at the start of 2015. The next head, Igor Komarov, then served for -2 months. I'm pretty sure a position cannot be held for a negative amount of time!

Also, according to the Roscosmos website (http://en.federalspace.ru/120/ I think this confirms it if you can read russian http://www.federalspace.ru/120/), Igor Komarov is still the head of agency...
