Lord Ashley

I have dablinked "Lord Ashley" to Anthony Ashley-Cooper, 1st Earl of Shaftesbury, but he died in the 1680s. Should his son the 2nd Earl be added as a Lord Proprietor from his death? Peterkingiron (talk) 11:40, 26 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

J P Hennessey (dates)

The Colonization circular, no.33, 1874 indicates that Hennessey was appointed on 29 December 1871, which would mean that his dates and the dates of for George Strahan are incorrect. ash (talk) 13:24, 17 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
