generalisation in intro
[edit]In most cases State Government Railways ( Western Australian Government Railways, New South Government Railways etc) were started government instrumentalities - not companies by any measure - how come the generalised and incorrect introduction to this list has not been queried as out of context in australian railway history? - I was the one who added it, and was thinking from a Victorian perspective. I have now altered it, feel free to tinker with it more. Wongm (talk) 05:02, 13 January 2008 (UTC)
- I added Sydney Railway Company, but strictly speaking it never operated a railway and may be ineligible.--Grahame (talk) 06:29, 6 March 2008 (UTC)
