I see what you did, (talk), but while Blair Tuke did not have his hands on the flag, he was wearing the Te Mahutonga cloak as well. In the ceremony, there were two people wearing Te Mahutonga cloaks: Peter Burling on the right with the Ensign and Blair Tuke on the left with a mobile.
