Wallace: fictional?
[edit]Why is Wallace included in the list? Robert the Bruce, another historical person, was also portrayed in "Braveheart" - where does it end?--Thelema12 (talk) 22:31, 22 July 2010 (UTC)
- These people seem to have mythological status like Robin Hood or King Arthur. Also, please see Contesting Liberty: The Figure of William Wallace in Poems by Hemans, Hogg, and Baillie in which accounts of Wallace and the Bruce were specifically reworked to suit English taste. What about Donald and Douglas from the Railway Stories/Thomas & Friends?
[edit]They appear to be from Scotland, so do locomotives count too? 2600:1700:7900:C50:D4DA:5659:137E:B734 (talk) 00:38, 2 September 2022 (UTC)
A good idea. An entry has been added. Andrew🐉(talk) 10:55, 2 September 2022 (UTC)
