What about Larotrectinib in 2016?

[edit]

From the wiki article for Larotrectinib:

"Larotrectinib was awarded orphan drug status in 2015 for soft tissue sarcoma and breakthrough therapy designation in 2016 for the treatment of metastatic solid tumors with NTRK fusion."

Could other breakthrough drugs also be missing? Is there not a comprehensive list on the FDA site that can verify the accuracy of the wiki list?
