List of countries without rivers

[edit]

I suppose this article serves some minor purpose, then, in serving as a place for redlinks to land. - Realkyhick (Talk to me) 18:13, 12 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, not very useful as it stands. Perhaps it could be incorporated into larger article of countries and autonomous dependencies which, exceptionally, do not contain common features, ie lakes, mountains (I believe there is a standard minimum height), etc.

Some wadis in Saudi Arabia are flooded 365 day per year it must called rivers like wadi hanifah You can check google earth water never stop in it — Preceding unsigned comment added by 93.169.225.2 (talk) 04:19, 1 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Islands without rivers

[edit]

This would be much larger list, ie Lanzarote, Fuerteventura ...

Tonga

[edit]

This page lists Tonga, but on 'Eua it mentions the only river in Tonga. Bobbbcat (talk) 06:50, 4 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Good enough for me, it comes up pretty clear in Google maps. Kmusser (talk) 22:54, 5 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
We can't rely on unsourced information on Wikipedia, that stream is too small to be called a river, it is actually a creek. 120.16.213.168 (talk) 23:21, 5 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Wallis and futuna has a river

[edit]

On the island futuna, in the town of leava, theres a very obvious river. Its labeled on google maps, “leava”, after the town. Its pretty sizable and continues inland. 2601:647:5800:3C70:715B:E8D2:A42B:12C5 (talk) 04:59, 19 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
