Redo list

there is a mcdonalds in vietnam....
so if there is one in vietnam, people should recheck all the other countries on the "not" list

UK inconsistency
The United Kingdom is made up of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. The list has four entries for the United Kingdom.
- United Kingdom
- Wales
- Scotland
- Northern Ireland
I'd suggest either changing the UK entry to 'England' or removing the Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland entries. Thoughts? 82.40.230.174 (talk) 09:51, 13 August 2012 (UTC) Geohamthebam
