This list should state clearly on top that it was created through NCBI. The reason for this, is that NCBI is not necessarily the best choice for algae taxonomy, but it's a starting place. For example, see the orders and species listed at AlgaeBase.org to see differences. Still, very useful to post these lists. KP Botany 19:24, 18 March 2007 (UTC)
