August 2021 revision

The following revisions are made to reflect the August 24, 2021 update by the South American Classification Committee of the American Ornithological Society.

Add 17 species and delete four.
Revise the English name of Gallinago paraguaiae.
Delete the hyphens from sierra-finches.
Revise tags.
Revise text, counts, and references accordingly.
