This revision makes the following changes to replace Bird Checkists of the World as the source and update the taxonomy to the most recent version of Clements:
Revise the sequence of families and of species within families per Clements.
Revise the English names of families per Clements.
Update family texts and add missing ones. Texts are derived from the families' articles; see them for original sources.
Add two families, 19 species, and tags per the new source, IGoTerra.
Delete six species per IGoTerra.
Revise 62 common names per Clements.
Convert to reflist.
Revise the introductory text, counts, and references to reflect the above.
