Article structure
[edit]This article as a topic seems worthy of a Wikipedia article, but the way it starts off "To honor 2014 being declared by the..." does not seem appropriate. That almost seems like a blog where "I am going to do this to celebrate this". Wikipedia articles should ideally not refer to their own compilation and creation. - Good point -- I'll try to think of a better way to perhaps work in the year of crystallography, but not make it the main point. In fact, I've been gathering ideas for this list for quite some time. 50.105.3.252 (talk) 04:17, 21 February 2014 (UTC)
