There is a small single leaf bascule bridge in the dock area of Auckland harbour, NZ, near the city. I'm not sure if it has a name. I'll see if I can find a photo and upload to Commons. --Mike (talk) 00:50, 25 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Pelican Island Bridge in Galveston, TX

[edit]

There is a single leaf Bascule bridge going from Galveston Island to Pelican Island. It was finished in 1959, I believe. It is being refurbished as I write this. — Preceding unsigned comment added by RVTurietta (talkcontribs) 20:32, 29 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

There is a bascule bridge in Tunisia Bizerte. And its one of the biggest bascule bridge in the world.

[edit]

I don't have the time to go through them all, but a lot of the United States bridges are linked to other bridges with the same name (different location).--205.178.36.171 (talk) 07:41, 14 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
