I'm reviewing this page as part of WP:NPP, and I've already flagged it for having no sources, but as far I'm aware he can't actually appoint people until next year, and to be appointed they have to be approved by congress, so this list may be a little WP:TOOSOON or needs a language change from "this is a list of the appointments", if he hasn't really made them yet. I agree - this article is premature. We should move it into draft status or something, and then create an article that uses the same language in the title as articles that list ambassadors appointed during previous presidential administrations.
