Aircraft carrier operations?
[edit]I'd like to build some consensus regarding whether or not to include crashes aboard aircraft carriers that result in shipboard fatalities. The deck of a carrier is obviously not "ground" in the most literal sense, but it can be considered such for the purposes of takeoff and landing. My opinion is that shipboard crashes should be eligible for inclusion so long as an actual aircraft operation is taking place, i.e. accidents that solely involve parked aircraft—such as hangar fires—would be excluded. - Seems reasonable as long as it involves "live" aircraft. MilborneOne (talk) 21:40, 13 July 2015 (UTC)
