Proposed work
[edit]As stated above (nearly three years ago), this list is incomplete, and much of the data uncited. And though a note says there is data from the National Seismological Centre of Nepal, and that magnitudes are ML, the only citations are from the USGS-ANSS site, which uses Mw (or other scales). I can help fix those problems, and to that end I propose to cite data from the International Seismological Centre catalog. I also propose to revise the table format to be more compact, and to add a UTC timestamp (used by all seismological authorities to identify seismic events). And I can assist if anyone wants to take on identifying any missing shocks. Any objections? ~ J. Johnson (JJ) (talk) 23:51, 23 February 2018 (UTC)
I have added the UTC-timestamp and ISC links to the table, and populated some of them; this suffices for the purpose of demonstration. Whether to extend this fully is questionable: I question the existence of this article. It is amateurish, incomplete, and even incorrect at points. And I wonder: how is any list of aftershocks, let alone an apparently randomly picked subset, notable? ~ J. Johnson (JJ) (talk) 21:28, 4 March 2018 (UTC)
