Where to list Captain the parrot?

Technically it's neither non-speaking nor unseen. It says "Come in!" and is seen while Lady Lavender argues with it. Regular or recurrent character, neither gentry not a servant, but living in the house (upstairs). General Quality of the List

I seriously wonder whether the people who wrote this have seen "You Rang M'Lord" at all. To list everything, from goofy conclusions to blatant mistakes, would take weeks, time which I haven't got.
