Merge?

I wonder if this article should be merged with List of contemporary writers from northern Uruguay. ChildofMidnight (talk) 18:48, 27 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, merge. I turned the page to tabled information, and it can be further rearranged or split in periods, etc. What I doubt is that there is any academic basis of splitting "north" from "Montevideo", though there may well be cultural differences.
