Restoring judge alumni

[edit]

"Quaerens-veritatem" has vandalized this page by deleting many alumni of USF Law, specifically state judges.

Please restore the list, it took a long time to compile and was correctly placed on the page. Samhistory123 (talk) 07:29, 9 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Samhistory123. Accusing an editor of vandalism violates Wikipedia's no personal attacks policy, violates Wikipedia's civility requirement, rejects Wikipedia's requirement to assume good faith, and may subject the editor to loss of editing privileges. I understand that you are a relatively inexperienced editor, but you have well over 400 edits and must learn to abide by Wikipedia norms and policies. Also, you need to review page histories for reasons edits are made, for example the USF law school alumni page edit at 02:36, on 8 September 2024 (you can also see it at this edit). Restoring the subject deleted judges would be contrary to Wikipedia policy, could be considered disruptive, would be reverted, and repeated disruptions could subject editors to loss of editing privileges. To explain, again, my edit was made pursuant to WP:USJUDGE, specifically Magistrate judges and bankruptcy judges and Judges of state trial courts of general jurisdiction, plus the deleted judges were not sufficiently notable under Wikipedia precepts and they generally did not meet general notability guidelines including having no significant coverage as Wikipedia requires. If you are unaware, you can tap the blue words in this response paragraph to open their links. If you have questions on how to edit, you can ask for assistance at the Teahouse or the Help desk.
