[edit]This page appears dead, and is redundant to List of United States Supreme Court cases, should it be merged? --Barberio 01:35, 25 August 2005 (UTC)
- Other editors disagree. See the corresponding discussion on Talk:List of United States Supreme Court cases. Mateo SA | talk 05:13, August 25, 2005 (UTC)
- Sorry for the appearance - the page is not dead, but rather new, and yet to be populated. Also, as explained at Talk:List of United States Supreme Court cases, it is not redundant, as these involve a separate court system. -- BD2412 talk 02:37, 30 August 2005 (UTC)

[edit]I'm assuming in this case "state supreme court" implies the highest court in the system, not just the one with that name? 68.39.174.238 23:46, 10 May 2006 (UTC)
- Yes, the court of last resort for the state. bd2412 T 00:26, 11 May 2006 (UTC)
