List of United States Supreme Court decisions on capital punishment → List of United States Supreme Court opinions involving capital punishment – The title of this article and the others in the Category:Lists of United States Supreme Court opinions by topic need to be standardized. There is no reason for all of the lists of Supreme Court cases to be formatted differently (including "Supreme Court decisions on x," "Supreme Court opinions involving x," "Supreme Court cases involving x," "Supreme Court x case law").
