@Srnec: Maybe. But should they be in the same list, or should there be two more lists in the article for the governors of Basra and Kufa? And, for governors of a united Iraq, should their lieutenant governors over Basra and Kufa be mentioned, as these were still noteworthy, if subordinated, posts? If we are listing lieutenants, then I think separate Iraq, Basra and Kufa lists would be bests, whether at this article or in separate ones. The reason I suggested adding them here is to reduce jumping around between lists, since the governorship was sometimes divided, sometimes unified. Srnec (talk) 16:39, 9 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
