Serbia

Is UNICEF Serbia a national committee? It's not on the unicef.org list (http://www.unicef.org/about/structure/index_natcoms.html), which means that that's out of date or that it's something else...

Emailed UNICEF UK employee, UNICEF Serbia is a field office rather than a National Committee, so does not belong in this list.
