Talk:List of UEFA Elite Stadiums
So is Nou camp an elite stage or not ? Text says yes, picture caption says no.
Camp Nou is an elite UEFA Stadium
[edit]so obviously there's a mistake in the list of elite stadiums for not mentioning camp nou as an elite stadium.. if it's not the most elite. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ahim1975 (talk • contribs) 19:25, 19 February 2010 (UTC)
I concur. They hosted the finals in 1999 and the comment somebody made when removing it is that it failed due to Article 20. Article 20 is about minimum capacity to be elite and Camp Nou obviously meets those requirements. 160.79.51.140 (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 19:49, 19 February 2010 (UTC).
- The Elite category didn't exist in 1999. Article 20 states that at least 22,500 of the seats must be covered. Can anyone verify how many of the seats in the current set up are covered?--ML5 (talk) 23:25, 21 February 2010 (UTC)
- Anyone? It seems to me that this is a vanity article used by fans to promote their own or favourite football team's home stadium. This would be a type of conflict of interest. I think proper citations should be added, or the whole lot deleted. Of course, if UEFA did actually have a list, then that could be used.--ML5 (talk) 17:11, 3 March 2010 (UTC)
There is no such list
[edit]UEFA do not have a list of elite stadiums
there are no citations for these stadiums to show they meet the criteria either —Preceding unsigned comment added by Lostcause1798 (talk • contribs) 21:57, 21 March 2010 (UTC)
