How is it legal, for Government officials to fly drones around your house, or possibly even have you, or your family, or perhaps a family friend, under surveilance and not have to tell the individual, or tell you that their invading our privacy. If you have a door it's called a dwelling, whether it's in a bathroom in a public place, or a phone booth in TGI Friday's. Now if a individual, or a neighborhood kid, Flys a Drone over your house, or backyard, or let's it hoover around your house, or at a school, or perhaps a birthday party for your, 13 or 14 year old daughter, or son. Then your allowed to call the local Police or your County Sheriff's Department, and they can get in trouble for INVASION OF PRIVACY !! Yes that is a fact !! Yet if any, Government Official does it, than it's none INVASION OF YOUR PRIVACY!! I mean how does that work ?? HOW DOES IT EVEN SOUND RIGHT?? Grown up, most of us we're taught. No double standards!!!! Yet our own United States Supreme Court, and our United States Senate, and Senators, and our local Law enforcement agencies. Are teaching generations, that double standards are okay, as long as you work for your local Government, or the local Police, or County Sheriff's Office. Then ,it's okay to practice double standards. Moral of the story is, not all people that stay up, all hours of the night, are bad people doing bad things. Like Drugs, or pulling a Burglary job, or out Partying looking for Hookers. Some of us are smart, and do things at night when it's cool during the heat of the summer. Especially if you have a medical condition, such as CANCER, or a HEART issue, or maybe, you've had a HEAT STROKE in the past,and it's 100 times easier for you to get the next HEAT STROKE. And when did HEARSAY, start STANDING UP IN A COURT of LAW !! Hey Deputy Don, my neighbor is on drugs. He's up all hour's of the night doing stuff. Like planting flower's, and washing his car. And the other night, he even cooked out at 3am.
